I haven't purchased a car from the dealership, yet. However, I can not wait to do so. I met with Daniel Peters a few weeks ago and he talked me through the entire process and I left there with a wealth of knowledge. I was intimidated to go car shopping alone thinking that a salesman would start throwing around lingo that I would not be familiar with. I felt safe, cared for, and confident when I left the dealership. I had the best car buying experience ever today. I found what I wanted online and was pre-approved before I ever went to the dealership. Thanks to the finance manager also- as I was leaving in my new to me M-Class - they stopped me to come back in and sign new paper work for a financing offer that was better than the one I had just signed- that's customer service ! I bought a 2024 Camry recently from here and it is an amazing car. Mr James and the entire staff was professional and friendly and made the deal we wanted. Most car lots these days aren't willing to work with you but they were. Got a great price and extended warranty on a beautiful Camry. If you want a car in a no hassle environment this is the place.
